Tea is a hot beverage and is available in a lot of different tastes. Tea is made from the leaves and buds of the tea plant. The most consumed tea in the world is black tea. Processing lines specially aimed at tea
Over the decades, Dinnissen developed several machines for the food and tea-industry. One of these machines is the Pegasus® Vacuum Coater. This machine has a lot of ideal specifications for the processing of tea. It's possible to do multiple things in one step like mixing and spray on liquid (flavoring). Drying under vacuum conditions ensures a lower temperature which ensures less energy and a better taste.
