Review of 2025: an overview of developments that shaped our direction
2025 was a year in which Dinnissen further strengthened its position as a developer of process solutions. We introduced new solutions, expanded our testing and innovation capacity with the D-Innocenter, and increased our visibility across Europe. Developments such as the stainless steel lift, the new Pegasus Moving Mixer, and the construction of the D-Innocenter marked clear progress in creating even better solutions. The new office in Belgium underlines our focus on proximity and support for customers close to home.
Dinnissen introduces its own stainless steel lift for pallets, IBCs, and FIBCs
This innovative stainless steel lift saves space, accelerates work processes, and minimizes safety risks through automated, safe vertical movement of raw materials and goods. Designed to meet strict hygienic standards and made entirely of stainless steel, it guarantees full reliability.
Revolutionizing mixing efficiency with the Pegasus® PG-12000-SP
The Pegasus® PG-12000-SP twin-shaft paddle mixer sets a new benchmark for efficiency and hygiene in industrial mixing. With an impressive capacity of 15,000 liters, this innovative mixer ensures exceptional performance while maintaining rigorous hygienic standards. Its stainless steel construction, combined with the sustainable ViwateQ® Finishing, minimizes product buildup and hard-to-clean areas, significantly reducing cleaning time and enhancing overall productivity.
Dinnissen Process Technology in Makers Top 100
This year, the Makers Top 100 has been compiled for the first time - a ranking of the one hundred largest and most profitable Dutch manufacturing companies. Dinnissen has secured a place on this prestigious list. Ranked 93rd, we can proudly call ourselves one of the largest manufacturing companies in the Netherlands. The list is based on net turnover and EBITDA margin over the past three years.
Dinnissen sets new standard for mixing in compact spaces with Pegasus Moving Mixer
The Pegasus Moving Mixer enables fully automated mixing without any manual handling. The barrel containing unmixed product is automatically lifted, rotated, and connected to the Pegasus mixer, where its contents are discharged for mixing. Before the process begins, a nitrogen system creates an inert atmosphere, minimizing explosion risks. During mixing, liquids and additives are sprayed evenly onto the product, ensuring homogeneity without waste.
Dinnissen builds 2,000 m² D-Innocenter for testing and innovation
We’ve officially started construction of the D-Innocenter: a brand-new R&D and testing facility at our headquarters in Sevenum. With a total area of 2,000 m², this facility marks an important step in accelerating innovation, expanding customer testing capabilities, and shortening lead times in machine building and system integration.
