Years of experience and innovation have enabled Dinnissen to establish a strong line of Pegasus® Mixers. Our in-house developed, perfected, and proven mixing techniques form the basis of all these different mixers. Building upon this foundation, we seamlessly integrate additional process steps that can be combined with the mixing process. We collaborate closely with our clients, tailoring solutions that enrich the efficiency of their production processes, whatever the question may be. Within one production process and one mixer, several process steps can be combined.

In industries demanding utmost precision, the High-Care Big Bag Filling System is the solution. With high-quality technology developed by Dinnissen, this system ensures the hygienic filling of Big Bags within ultra-clean cleanrooms. Dirt-sensitive pallets are kept outside these cleanrooms. Throughout the filling procedure, a specialized guiding system safely transports the Big Bags, minimizing their contact with any kind of contamination.

The Multisize Sample Carousel is the first solution that lets you collect different sample sizes in one automated sampling process. This way samples for various needs (starter sample, chemical sample, bacteriological sample, hourly sample, and batch sample) can be automatically collected in series, containing the exact amount of product per sample. Producers can determine the size of the sample and how many of these samples should be taken. In addition to the frequency, the order can also be set in advance. This way, the Multisize Sample Carousel provides different series of samples, of various sizes, without operator intervention needed.

Dinnissen has over 75 years of experience in the system integration of production processes. As a system integrator, we take a holistic view of the production facility as a whole. Together, we look for the best possible implementation, set-up, and system architecture. The goal: maximum output and efficiency and minimum downtime in the smallest possible space. We integrate all machines and systems for all process steps in one complete production line, in one system that is automated to the largest possible extent. From specification to service. From product intake to packaging. And from machines and systems to complete control and automation. In order to be able to guarantee a well-functioning and robust production line, we keep everything from engineering to production and from control to commissioning in-house.
