Can I cool while mixing?

Cooling in a mixer is possible. There are a number of things that must be taken into account here. Mixing takes energy. Depending on the product properties, this injected energy will be converted into friction. This friction is converted back into heat in the product. For cooling, therefore, energy must be actively dissipated. This can be done by aerating the product or by cooling the walls of the mixer with cooling water. If the cooling is applied in the right way, a very efficient process is possible, preventing segregation as it occurs in bed coolers.
